With our 5th birthday celebrations in full swing, we’re taking the time to reflect on the great customers we’ve worked with during that time. We’re nothing without our clients and in this latest article, we’re focusing on one that’s been with us since the very beginning of our emotional and epic journey.

Butler & Willow have been a renowned, go-to specialist for creating exciting & engaging workspaces for over 26 years and is one of the leading interior fit-out contractors in the Midlands. We recently caught up with Managing Director, James Willow to find out why they chose Infuse, what’s proved most valuable to them during that time and the impact our influence has had on the business and how it operates.

What was the issue that required you to first contact Infuse? 

We didn’t have an issue as such, but we wanted to work with a reputable IT provider that could take a holistic look at our existing infrastructure and advise us on how to get the best out of it. Where things needed tweaking or improving, Infuse has recommended us along the way and really maximised our return on our IT infrastructure!

How did you find out about Infuse?

We actually worked with the team when they were part of Smith Cooper, so we had built up a great working relationship during that time and knew that we could continue that partnership going forward.

How long have you been working with Infuse?

We’ve worked with Infuse since the company was formed and it’s been great to see the team evolve over time with the successes they’ve enjoyed. They’re a very personable group who really look after their customers. Nothing is too much trouble and they’re always on the end of the phone to support you.

What service did Infuse provide?

We really appreciated the fact that the team, and specifically Infuse’s MD Paul Howard, took the time to visit our showroom and conduct a full analysis of our current IT systems.
That willingness from the outset showed us that the team wanted to learn about what we do, how we do it and really get under the skin of our business in order to form a strong collaborative partnership.
As a result of Paul’s recommendations, we now use Infuse for all of our IT requirements which is perfect for us because we have the peace of mind in knowing that everything is safely managed under one roof.

What impact has working with Infuse had on your company/business?

Working with Infuse has not only lead to greater productivity and efficiency but crucially it has led to us having much stronger protection and a greater resilience to security threats. Our systems are optimised to be as efficient as possible, saving us time and money across the business and we’re equipped to repel and threats to our systems and data – vital for any successful organisation!

Anything else you’d like to add?

We’ve found Infuse’s Helpdesk a great help to us. Their support team has the knowledge and training required to fix the root of any problem – not just one facet of it. I would say this is one of the major advantages to working with Infuse for anyone considering using them as their IT service provider.
