Based in Derby, Ford & Stanley is a talent services business that provides support with recruitment, development of effective leaders and occupational mental fitness and performance coaching for teams and individuals. Made up of 46 staff members, the team rely heavily day-to–day on their IT systems being functional and efficient.
Initial challenge
Ford & Stanley were seeking a change and wanted to explore what IT services were out there and how they could improve their existing systems. Whilst their IT services were adequate, the Ford & Stanley leadership team were looking to innovate and upgrade their current systems and services. After meeting with a few other IT support specialists and not finding the right fit, the Ford & Stanley team met with Infuse.
How did we improve their systems?
The Infuse team had previously worked with Ford & Stanley two years ago, in which we helped them pass their Cyber Essential audit. We met with the team again this year and carried out an internal audit of Ford & Stanley, which allowed us to highlight key areas that could be improved.
We upgraded the company’s Firewall, VPN, Broadband and Microsoft licenses, as well as completing a move to SharePoint for the team and educating them on quick IT fixes that can help them in the future. Overall, we provided Ford & Stanley with the reassurance that they could rely on their IT services going forward.
