Both meeting organisers and participants can choose a status shown in the Teams calendar to reflect their availability during a meeting. Like the Outlooks calendar, Team users can choose between appearing as free, busy, or out of office. Additionally, organisers can make a meeting private, allowing attendees to hide the meeting details from whoever their calendar is shared with.
If poor lighting is affecting your video quality, you can change this by turning on the Adjust brightness filter, found in the audio and video settings before you join a meeting. You can also apply a subtle smoothing effect by adjusting the new Soft focus setting.
In the past Team users could only have Together mode enabled for their own personal view however with this update meeting organisers and presenters can launch Together mode for all attendees. To use this feature, all you need to do is tick the Select Together Mode for Everyone option after you pick out a scene.
