I’m Lucy, our Client Services Director, and I’m here to ensure all our clients achieve success through the use of IT and tech!
From sales and account management to procurement and customer services queries, clients come to me as a single point of contact and trust that I’ll sort their issue from start to finish smoothly.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time bonding with my daughter. I also love socialising with friends and travelling to new locations.
I have worked at PKF Infuse since 2015, initially joining as an Account Manager where I supported and liaised with businesses to facilitate their needs.
I pride myself on building and maintaining relationships with each of our clients, so I can really get to know your business and objectives. This helps us to ensure your IT is ticking all the boxes you need it to and means we can continue to be proactive with the advice and suggestions we put forward.
