I’m Rob, our Operations Manager, and I’m responsible for the day to day working of Infuse, ensuring that we effectively deliver our services to clients in a timely, proactive and professional manner. From network administration to managing our team of technicians and engineers, I make sure that our IT infrastructure performs as effortlessly as possible.

Personally speaking

For leisure, I love to go on countryside walks in the Peak and Lake District with my dog Rosie. I also enjoy making my own home brew beer – although I am still on the quest of making the perfect pint!

Experience and expertise

I help in making business operations run like clockwork through supervising the helpdesk and overseeing the engineering team. In the event that a problem arises with hardware, software, or networks, you can count on me to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently so that your business will not be hindered.

I first joined PKF Infuse in 2011 as a Project Engineer, leaving in 2015 but returning in 2020 as Operations Manager. Having worked in the IT industry since 2005, my previous jobs range from helpdesk to enterprise storage engineer to vCIO.
